Arnaud Jouanjan
Arnaud is the founding and
managing partner. He
has 18 years of experience in international tax.
Afterstarting his
international tax career with Ernst & Young Tax & Legal
in
Paris, he was hired by Schlumberger Industries as Assistant Tax Manager
for Europe and Asia, where he monitored both French taxes and
intercompany pricing policies. He then founded Jouanjan &
Partners
in
Marseilles in June 1998, originally called 'Jouanjan Avocat', then
'Jouanjan & Partners'.
Sophie Fouquet-Chabert is a
partner with
Jouanjan & Partners. She spent 8 years with Deloitte in
Marseilles
before engaging in her own practice and eventually joining Jouanjan
& Partners in early
2003. She specializes in French and
European
tax litigation and in monitoring our clients' tax filings
to ensure
full legal compliance in keeping with the firm's advice to clients.
Marjorie Costello is a French
lawyer (avocat)
and a US qualified attorney. She practiced law in
Louisiana for five
years (2000-2005), then in a Paris-based law firm for two years
(2005-2007)
and joined Jouanjan & Partners in 2008. Whilst
gradually specializing in international tax, Marjorie
also ensures that
the firm's tax advice is properly translated into efficiently drafted
contracts.
Jouanjan & Partners
represents clients before French Tax Courts and European Union Courts
in
tax-related cases exclusively.
